Overview
In this role you will own end-to-end payroll operations for a fast-growing, international digital bank. You’ll drive process improvement and automation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll cycles. You’ll partner with Finance, HR and local providers to maintain controls, audit trails, and accurate compensation data. This is a chance to shape payroll and compensation practices at scale within a cross‑functional team that values continuous improvement and specialist expertise.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage the full monthly payroll cycle with accuracy and timeliness
- Process payroll inputs including variable elements, absences, and personnel changes
- Perform payroll controls and reconciliations, and handle related accounting entries with Finance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax rules, and social security requirements
- Serve as the main payroll contact and coordinate with abroad entities and local HR providers
- Document and audit payroll activities with proper controls
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll and HR processes and drive automation
- Collaborate with HRIS teams to optimize systems and workflows
- Contribute to compensation elements like bonuses, equity plans, and salary structures
- Monitor payroll and compensation budgets with Finance and prepare reports and insights
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of payroll experience in international or fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, accounting principles, and compliance
- Genuine interest in Compensation & Benefits and willingness to develop expertise
- Experience with payroll systems and HRIS
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Exposure to benchmarking, salary structures and bonus schemes is a plus
