You will have multiple tasks, which include:Analysis and validation from a compliance and AML perspective of cash and security transfersReview and validate digital asset deposits and withdrawals from an AML/CTF standpointCarry out reviews of transactions alerts qualified as High Risk Transactions, in particular from an AML/CTF standpoint. Perform in-depth clarifications to clients and draft documentation memosConduct enhanced due diligence and transactional behavior analysisIdentify and escalation potentially suspicious activities and sanctions-related exposure to the relevant Compliance teamsAssess and document clients’ digital asset-related Source of Funds and Source of WealthParticipation in key regulatory projectsQualificationsGraduated in Laws or in Economics is a strong asset3-5 years of experience in the Compliance MonitoringGood knowledge in Swiss banking and financial laws, especially in anti-money laundering regulationsKnowledge of crypto is an assetExcellent command of English and French (German is a strong asset)Analytical and methodological approachProactivity and ability to prioritize tasks and manage high workloadsFlexible and able to handle a variety of tasksVery good communication and collaboration skillsStrong team player who enjoys working in multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
