Responsibilities
- Processing of transfer operations (all asset classes), global markets (RFP and DFP)
- Processing of physical shares
- Conduct reconciliation/investigation related to securities
- Front‑office support
- Daily contacts and monitoring with counterparts and custodians
- Daily usage of SWIFT messages MT54, MT76, MT599
- Usage of Telekurs, Bloomberg, GTMatch, GTExchange, T24, external portals and internal tools
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Finance Back Office department is mandatory; swift knowledge would be a plus
- Fluent in French; also good command of English; German would be a plus
- You master the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word), and are generally interested in technical tools
- You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
