Job Requirements
Bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Understanding of the test needs and ability to write the test requirements and perform the testing.
Strong hands‑on testing hardware, preferably with experience in ESD safe and clean room environments.
Data acquisition, test automation and scripting.
English mandatory, French is a plus.
Solid expertise in harnessing and data acquisition systems design for avionics testing and integration.
Experience in conducting electrical‑avionic AIT/V activities on satellites/launchers or equivalent systems.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve avionics‑related issues during testing and integration.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Understanding of spacecraft assembly integration and test.
Job Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Strategy
Own and drive the electrical AIT strategy (test philosophy, verification logic, reuse vs. development).
Act as the main technical authority for electrical AIT across the program.
Lead technical trade‑offs (cost, schedule, risk) with AIT management and engineering teams.
Define and own the electrical AIT roadmap (flatsat, EGSE, test benches, automation).
AIT Execution & Delivery
Own electrical AIT schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
Define and perform electrical and avionics tests at flatsat and spacecraft level.
Ensure readiness for key reviews (TRR, PTR, SVR, etc.).
Support/lead technical reviews with customers and suppliers.
Test Infrastructure & EGSE
Oversee development, production, and qualification of EGSE.
Design and implement avionics test benches and data acquisition systems.
Develop harnessing solutions ensuring signal integrity and reliability.
Drive automation and scalability of test systems.
Risk, Quality & Anomaly Management
Identify risks and critical path, propose mitigation actions.
Lead anomaly investigations and root cause analysis (RCA).
Ensure proper non‑conformance management (NCR, RFW, etc.).
Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Hands‑on Contribution
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define interfaces and instrumentation.
