As part of the development of our Technology Department:
YOUR MISSION:
- Manage and master the main business tool Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM My SIR). - Develop the tool by integrating artificial intelligence and complementary modules. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper developments. - Ensure the final product meets user expectations. - Maximise brokers’ efficiency and improve client experience.
Artificial Intelligence:
- Identify and develop AI-friendly features. - Identify automation opportunities and simplify tasks, especially administrative ones. - Integrate AI into various client journeys. - Implement more effective indicators.
Product strategy definition:
- Identify the needs of both internal and external clients. - Define the vision and priorities of the CRM.
Sales process optimisation:
- Analyse and improve processes related to prospecting, property valuation, mandate acquisition, marketing, buyer management, transaction follow-up up to signing.
Business tools management:
- Drive the evolution of the CRM. - Supervise integrations with Microsoft or third-party modules. - Optimise and/or develop commercial management dashboards. - Ensure data quality and consistency.
Product backlog management:
- Gather and understand user needs. - Write functional specifications and user stories. - Prioritise developments according to business value. - Validate deliverables and coordinate production deployments.
Change management support:
- Train and support users during the deployment of new tools or processes. - Promote the adoption of good digital practices within the company.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Business:
- Good understanding of real estate brokerage and sales process. - Comfortable with IT tools and new technologies, AI is a plus. - Ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions. - Aptitude to identify optimisation levers. - Good understanding of agile methodology and technical aspects.
Personal qualities:
- Autonomous in project and team management. - Ability to question and challenge. - Organisational skills and prioritisation. - Stress and workload peak management. - Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset. - Results orientation and continuous improvement. - Ability to work with stakeholders of varied profiles.
Your profile:
- Higher education in project management, information systems, IT, digital marketing or equivalent field. - Excellent technical skills and good understanding of agile methodology. - 3 to 7 years’ experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager role. - Experience in real estate brokerage or real estate services is a significant asset. - Fluency in French.
