Job Description As a
Commissioning Manager
you play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of commissioning activities within construction projects, from planning and execution to quality assurance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Support the lead commissioning manager in developing strategic commissioning playbooks and schedules tailored to each project’s specifications.
Lead and manage commissioning activities, providing guidance and mentorship to the project team.
Ensure proper resource allocation, coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project needs.
Implement robust quality assurance processes to meet client expectations, contractual obligations, and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the commissioning process.
Maintain and follow health & safety systems and local project requirements, keeping relevant records.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.
Leverage technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues, resolve conflicts, and optimize system performance.
Track and document all commissioning activities, generating reports and maintaining compliance records.
