Overview

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will expand Sygnum’s footprint in the Suisse Romandie market for EAM & MFO, engaging professional clients and end-customers. You will work closely with the Head of EAM & MFO and cross-functional teams to source, onboard, and service relationships, ensuring compliant, seamless experiences. You’ll stay abreast of crypto market trends, regulatory developments, and client needs to drive growth and maintain high-touch service. This role offers a unique chance to shape institutional relationships at a fast-growing crypto-native bank. Verantwortungsbereiche

• Source and nurture new EAM & MFO and end-client relationships within Suisse Romandie leveraging an active industry network
• Provide solution-oriented support to EAMs & MFOs and their clients across onboarding, product questions, transactions, and contract-related matters
• Process fiat and digital asset transactions and perform post-transaction AML monitoring
• Lead the client onboarding process in collaboration with Legal & Compliance, Operations, and external providers
• Update and maintain CRM for accurate relationship records
• Maintain expert understanding of crypto market landscape, Sygnum offering, and regulatory developments; attend conferences and grow institutional networks
• Contribute to development of the customer care framework (guides, tutorials, FAQs)

Zentrale Anforderungen

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MSc/MBA/CFA is a plus)
• 5+ years of client servicing or relationship management in a Swiss financial institution focused on EAM & MFO
• Proven track record in driving business growth with a hunter mindset and a results-oriented approach
• Hands-on onboarding experience for private individuals and legal entities; strong KYC/AML understanding
• Independent and cross-location collaboration skills
• Excellent communication in French and English; German is a plus
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
