Your Role The Regulatory Specialists in the Regulatory Services and Compliance Team at all levels, play a key role in all steps of the development process, from customer brief to regulatory documentation, assuming responsibility for customer-focused regulatory support and consulting in product compliance. This includes both active networking and collaboration with regulatory teams at our global hubs to contribute to the harmonization of processes and workflows. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide support to GSD customers and EC customers Provide internal and external communication to customer Provide support to other specialists when needed Provide support and assist the department manager when needed Basic knowledge/awareness in some or all the following areas: IFRA/IFRA Code of Practice EU (European Union) Allergens Federal/regional/state legislation Fragrance ingredients, consumer products, formulations SDS (Safety Data Sheet) support Understand Brief to Contract (BtC) and Order to Payment (OtP) processes About You Bachelor or Masters in a scientific or technical field first experience in a regulatory affairs environment Quality control, Perfume lab compounding, chemist experience a plus Excellent communication skills Willing to work with a strong, supportive team of highly trained specialists IT (Information Technology) knowledge/experience; SAP and/or MS 360 knowledge a plus Fluency in English, other languages are highly desirable Our Offer This is a temporary position with a duration of employment of 1 year.
