In this leadership role, you will drive the commercial success of our business across Eastern Europe, ensuring strong governance, strategic alignment, and sustainable growth. Your key responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Eastern European sales team, ensuring delivery on key KPIs and driving Sales Excellence across the region. Drive strong growth in the key growth market in Poland. Own and execute the regional sales strategy, including strategic account management, pipeline growth, and conversion of prospects into long-term customers. Build and maintain strong senior‑level customer relationships to support sustainable business growth. Support critical business activities such as contract negotiations and ensure high‑quality sales reporting and transparency. Shape the optimal organizational set‑up in Eastern Europe, with a strong focus on developing Poland as a key growth market and evolving the regional footprint. Guide and support the team through change, fostering continuous development and high performance. Act as an active member of the European Sales Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with the overall European strategy. Drive cross‑functional collaboration across all commercial functions to maximize customer value. Represent the organization legally and externally as Managing Director in Austria, ensuring compliance and governance standards. Your Profile
Fluent in German, Polish and English, enabling effective communication across the region. Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within an international and matrix organization, as well as the Food & Beverage market. Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth and lead high‑performing, geographically dispersed teams. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a strategic mindset. Legally eligible to take on the Managing Director Austria position. Based in Austria or Poland, with willingness to travel across the region.
