Your role
As Process & ICS Analyst / Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be part of our Financial Business Support & Service (FBSS) Team located in Holzminden, Germany.
You and the team are responsible for the coordination and ensuring up-to-date documentation of End-to-End Processes (E2E) and the Internal Control System in GBTEC BIC Process Design and Internal Control.
This position is a full-time position to be located in Holzminden, Germany.
- You continuously optimize and advance our internal control systems in regards to quality as well as the integration of new processes.
- You coordinate and assist with the documentation of E2E in our existing software solution (BPMN) linked to IKS.
- You are the main point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding our internal control system.
- You coordinate and assist on documentation of controls, testing, and assessing the applicable control measures.
- You assist internal ICS trainings and process documentation trainings in BPMN-format for the relevant teams.
- You identify process and system opportunities for process design and ICS.
About you
- You have a strong Finance background and E2E Process knowledge as well as good SAP knowledge.
- You're familiar with BPMN standards; ideally GBTEC BIC process design and BIG GRC ICS.
- You're a team player and have good project management skills.
- You are fluent in both verbal and written English and ideally another major language, preferably German.
