We're looking for a Senior Product Marketer who wants to do the work of their life with Synaps.
This isn't a support role.
You'll shape how Synaps is understood by the world, our positioning, our story, our launches, and our growth.
You'll work at the intersection of product, design, and market, making sure every touchpoint communicates what Synaps is and why it matters.
What you'll work on Own Synaps' positioning, messaging, and brand narrative across every touchpoint.
Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate new capabilities into language architects actually understand.
Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies for major releases.
Own the content strategy: website copy, landing pages, product pages, case studies, release notes, educational content, campaigns.
Make Synaps discoverable across search engines, AI platforms, and the places architects actually look.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition across relevant channels.
Partner with the product team on growth, onboarding, and activation, improving the user journey where it matters most.
Build lifecycle marketing and automation that educates, activates, and retains the right users.
Talk to architects regularly.
Understand how they work, where they struggle, and how Synaps can communicate more precisely.
Refine the messaging continuously as the product, market, and users evolve.
What you bring 3+ years in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a similar role at a B2B Saa S company.
Exceptional writing.
An instinct for precision, not just simplicity.
Deep understanding of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Experience owning content strategy across multiple channels.
Familiarity with SEO and AI search optimization.
Experience running and optimizing paid acquisition.
Strong analytical thinking.
A data‑informed approach to growth and user behavior.
The ability to work independently, make decisions, and move in ambiguous conditions.
A high bar for quality, clarity, and execution.
