In-house Content Creator
to help us build a high-volume content motion inspired in part by Kinso:

You are the camera inside Synaps.
You will film, edit and publish approximately
8 to 10 pieces of content per day , ranging from product demos and social concepts to team moments and behind-the-scenes footage.
Your job is to make a software company feel like something architects genuinely want to follow.
What you'll do
Film daily inside our Vienna office
Capture team moments, product walkthroughs, design sessions and launches
Shoot and edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and X
Turn briefs from our Content Strategist into finished content quickly
Produce approximately 8 to 10 short-form pieces per day
Show the behind-the-scenes process of building Synaps
Turn product features into simple, visually engaging demos
Direct team members on camera
Recognize spontaneous moments that could become great content
Build and maintain a reusable video and clip library
Continuously experiment with hooks, pacing, formats and editing styles
We'd love to hear from you if you have
Strong editing and storytelling skills
A good understanding of TikTok, Reels and Shorts
Confidence behind the camera
The ability to direct people who are not used to being filmed
Fast editing skills
A strong instinct for what makes people stop scrolling
A portfolio with real published work and view counts
Very good English
The ability to work on-site in Vienna
Nice to have
Architecture, design or AEC experience
Experience creating content for SaaS or technology companies
Motion graphics skills
Experience growing your own creator account or channel
