Job Summary
Synature AG is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop and own a platform that transforms a million hours of audio into a real‑time map of life on Earth. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining cutting‑edge systems for animal sound monitoring within a startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Build the platform that turns a million hours of audio into a real‑time map of life on Earth.
- Own the platform end‑to‑end from design to production.
- Develop new features and work across the entire software lifecycle.
- Brainstorm, maintain, and troubleshoot backend infrastructure.
- Detect and optimize performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO, Head of AI, CEO, Head of Nature, co‑founder of Neuralink, and product designer.
Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of industry experience.
- Solid understanding of systems, databases, and networks.
- Proficiency in Rust, Python, and web technologies (Angular).
- Authorized to work in Switzerland.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and technologies.
