Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Operations Specialist to work on a sponsor-dedicated, office-based role in Munich, working onsite twice a week and remotely three times a week within Germany. This position offers the opportunity to support a global pharma leader and gain valuable experience in the clinical research field. The role is part of our FSP 360 team, tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform activities in compliance with applicable policies, SOPs, and work instructions
• Upload documents to eTMF
• Manage contracts in designated systems
• Handle invoice processes
• Maintain and update clinical tracking data
• Manage shared mailbox and route correspondence
• Coordinate ordering, packaging, and shipping to site monitors
• Assist with team meetings, prepare minutes, and follow-up actions
• Handle receipt, tracking, and disposition of post
• Participate in special working groups as needed
• Complete training to stay current in clinical research

Qualifications

• Master\’s degree preferred; high school diploma with extensive experience may be considered
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Willingness to grow in the clinical research field
• Comfort with new technologies
