Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure safe and effective operations of clinical research studies, including the implementation of advanced methodologies and technologies to enhance study outcomesSafeguard the wellbeing of research subjects in a medical capacity, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices in patient careReview study protocols and execute procedures in alignment with protocols and regulatory, health, and safety standards, including the development of risk mitigation strategies and compliance monitoringRaise or escalate study issues as necessary, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for resolutionRecruit and coordinate communication with clinical trial volunteers and patients, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies and maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the studyFollow applicable regulations globally and by region, ensuring all activities are compliant with local and international guidelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop study materials, including the creation of comprehensive training programs and resources for study personnelMonitor trial progress and address any issues that arise during the study, employing data-driven approaches to identify and resolve challenges promptlyQualifications:Established and experienced support individual contributor; this role is a progression within the level from a Clin Ops SpecialistBroad knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or educationCertifications:Relevant certifications in clinical operations or related fieldNecessary Skills:Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work under supervision and follow established protocolsAttention to detail and ability to handle routine tasks with some deviation from standard practiceAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsGet to know Syneos HealthOver the past 5 years, we have worked with 94% of all Novel FDA Approved Drugs, 95% of EMA Authorized Products and over 200 Studies across 73,000 Sites and 675,000+ Trial patients.No matter what your role is, you\’ll take the initiative and challenge the status quo with us in a highly competitive and ever-changing environment.
