Role of the Regional Business Lead (RBL)

The RBL is responsible for ensuring the successful commercialization of the lead product for Metastatic Uveal Melanoma within the designated region. Key responsibilities include managing sales and promotional budgets, leading regional promotion efforts, and building long-term relationships with treatment centers and stakeholders such as Medical Oncologists, Nurses, and Ophthalmologists.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and build strategic relationships with high-potential key accounts.
  • Develop tailored solutions and contracts for key accounts.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance reach and impact.
  • Create marketing materials like brochures, digital content, and presentations.
  • Manage annual promotional budgets aligned with strategic plans.
  • Plan and oversee promotional events supporting strategic goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions via CRM systems.
  • Submit expenses biweekly into SAP Concur.
  • Work with Business & Intelligence teams to analyze data and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum BSc degree; MSc preferred.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales, account management, or healthcare development management at a regional or national level.
  • Experience with market access and payors in the region.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and market share goals.
  • Experience launching and commercializing oncology drugs, preferably in melanoma (uveal or cutaneous).
  • Experience with biologics and immunotherapies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws, codes, and policies applicable to the industry.
