We’re looking for a versatile Designer to engage in our marketing efforts and evolve our brand identity—from web design to event materials and social media assets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Website Design – you create new web pages based on our marketing team’s input, ensuring a seamless user experience and brand consistency.
- Digital & Print Design – you design white papers, LinkedIn promotions, digital campaign assets (newsletters, presentations), and event materials (e.g., trade show booth visuals).
- Cross-Team Design Support – you support other teams like Finance or People & Culture with templates, documents, and presentations that align with our brand identity.
- Stakeholder Alignment – for all these tasks, you gather requirements, manage feedback loops, and ensure alignment with your key stakeholders.
- Time & Quality Management – you are aware of deadlines, keeping a balance between quality work and meeting those deadlines.
- Feedback Culture – you actively embrace the design team’s feedback and review culture.
- Brand Consistency – you contribute to brand design improvements, expanding and ensuring our brand guidelines across all media.
In 6 months, you will: own print design and social media design with confidence.
In 12 months, you will: own the design task for all marketing activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

- You are keen on understanding how Synera solves its customers‘ problems and how to visually tell that story.
- You do not shy away to manage your stakeholders: if you need input or requirements from different teams you push for it.
- You prioritize well, you identify which task is the most important and you tackle them with solid time management.
- You are great with Figma, Adobe Suite, MS Suite.
- You are familiar with 3D graphics (Blender).
- Your English is on a strong working level.
- You might have basic coding skills (HTML, CSS).
