UX Designer mwd for Web Applications AI No-Code Platform

Our AI-driven NoCode / LowCode platform enables our customers to create and deploy computer vision LLM AI and 3D digital twin applications to solve complex challenges in quality management, aviation, automotive, and other industrial sectors. As our platform continues to scale, we are committed to refining the user experience and ensuring that our users can intuitively interact with our technology.

We are now looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team and play a critical role in shaping and enhancing our web applications\‘ usability, visual design, and overall experience. You will be at the heart of user-centric development, working closely with customers, product management, and our frontend development team to translate feedback into innovative and functional UI / UX designs.

Tasks

• Enhance and refine the UX / UI of our web-based AI NoCode platform, ensuring an intuitive and efficient user experience.
• Gather, analyze, and incorporate customer feedback into design improvements.
• Organize and facilitate workshops with customers, including Design Thinking sessions and User & Customer Journeys, to identify key usability challenges.
• Create prototypes and iterate on UX / UI designs using Figma (or similar tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Collaborate closely with our frontend developers to ensure a seamless implementation of UX / UI designs.
• Test and validate designs and workflows directly with users, iterating based on their feedback.
• Work with executive management to align UX strategy with business goals, helping to prioritize UX-relevant features.
• Support the Product Owner in planning and shaping the UX roadmap for future feature development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer in web applications, ideally in the AI, SaaS, or industrial software space.
• Strong knowledge of user experience principles, usability heuristics, and design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Understanding of UI design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with customer research methodologies including user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive designs.
• Experience in collaborating with development teams to ensure proper design implementation.
• Strong communication skills to align UX strategy with stakeholders, developers, and customers.
• A structured and independent way of working with the ability to drive UX improvements proactively.
