In this Global Co-Formulant Chemistry Expert role, you will drive regulatory-aligned co-formulant strategies to enable compliant product registrations and cost-efficient supply chains. You will work with Regulatory, Product Chemistry, and Supply teams to ensure data quality, digital data management, and data-driven decision making. You’ll translate regulations into actionable co-formulant requirements and develop innovative approaches to risk mitigation. You will collaborate across regions to advance global ways of working and protect the company’s freedom-to-operate, contributing to sustainable crop protection globally.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Retrieve, extract, and review chemical and hazard data to assess equivalence and compliance
- Maintain co-formulant data in regulatory databases
- Draft science-based documentation for regulatory submissions
- Align global ways of working and promote chemistry data value
- Support development of digital information and data management solutions
- Interpret regulations and translate into co-formulant requirements
- Acquire and assess diverse data sources to support business and data strategy
- Prepare and deliver regulatory notifications and documentation
- Support risk mitigation, cost reduction, safety, and compliance, and develop innovative regulatory approaches
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Product Chemistry, and Production & Supply teams globally
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master’s or higher degree in Chemistry
- Minimum 2 years of regulatory experience (Product Chemistry, Product Registration or similar)
- Experience with REACH, CLP, SDS
- Knowledge of global product registration requirements (crop protection) and regulatory chemistry issues
- Technical knowledge of chemical data/metadata management (data quality, governance, catalogue, master/reference data)
- Experience in formulation chemistry, supply chain, or procurement is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Fluency in English; additional language is a plus
- Analytical and strategic thinking with focus on standards and data quality
