Overview In this role you will lead the Manufacturing Excellence strategy for Formulation, Filling Packing (FF P) within the Syngenta Production System. You will partner with FF P manufacturing leaders to build capabilities that improve cost efficiency, quality, and production performance across sites. The role focuses on executing SPS-aligned programs, standardizing operations, and driving continuous improvement with agility. Your work will influence long-term production availability, capacity, and reliability, delivering measurable impact for customers and the business.
