As an Software Engineering Manager for our fast-growing team, you will be responsible for leading the team working on the development of our Virtual ECU simulation technologies used for testing the functionality of vehicle systems in a controlled and safe environment before deploying them in real vehicles. You will work closely together with senior stakeholders as well as external customers to implement new automotive solutions in a highly competitive market.
This is a hybrid role with up to 2 days working from home.
In your new role you will:
- Lead and coach an inclusive and high-performing team where all team members can do their best work.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in areas like architecture, design, code reviews, development, etc.
- Drive complex projects to completion.
You are best equipped for this position if you have:
- MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or similar.
- Knowledge of embedded operating systems, especially POSIX.
- Deep understanding of Linux, and POSIX kernel development on x86-64 / aarch64 architectures.
Preferred Experience:
- Advanced C/C++ coding skills.
- Previous experience in a Tech Lead/Engineering Manager position.
- Knowledge in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with automotive simulation, software-in-the-loop, AUTOSAR Adaptive.
- Excellent networking skills.
