The Role
Virtual Prototypes are simulation models for a variety of electronic platforms in the automotive, enterprise, telecommunications or cloud market today. Our Virtual Prototyping team delivers these models to customers and enables them to start product development long before hardware is available.
Do you have a solid background in hypervisor technology and track record of working on virtualization technology? If you are a strong Individual Contributor who enjoys being a technical lead and a natural mentor, we would like to hear from you!
This is a hybrid role with up to 2 days working from home.
In your new role you will:
- Define and guide the implementation for hypervisor technology in Virtual Prototyping
- Work with an expert team around hypervisor and virtualization technology
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or similar
- Experience as a Technical Lead (or similar) within a software development team
- Strong background in virtualization technology
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems without guidance or supervision
Preferred Experience:
- C/C++ Programming language
- Understanding of ARM processor architectures
- Knowledge in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
- Agile SW engineering methodologies

- Favor thorough understanding over empirical approaches
- Driven by enthusiasm and work ethic rather than supervision
