About The Job
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant Banking at Synpulse in Geneva, you work at the forefront of transformation in the Swiss financial services industry.
You support leading banks in solving complex strategic, operational, and technology‑driven challenges – from initial concept to successful implementation.
You collaborate closely with clients to analyse business problems, develop pragmatic solutions, and drive measurable impact.
Depending on your experience, you take ownership of specific workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality results in dynamic project environments.
In addition, you play an active role within Synpulse by contributing to internal initiatives, supporting business development activities, and helping to shape our growing presence in the Geneva market.
- Job Requirements
- Very good Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a renowned university or university of applied sciences
- Professional experience within Switzerland is mandatory
- Fluent French and English skills are mandatory
- German is a strong plus
