As an IT Consultant in Agentic Automation, you support clients in the insurance industry in transforming their business through AI automation, analytics, and modern data platforms. You help insurers modernize their IT landscape, optimize core processes, and unlock value from data.
Requirements
- You get to know the entire insurance business landscape, especially across underwriting, claims, and policy administration
- You analyze complex insurance business processes and translate them into agentic AI workflows using platforms like Databricks, Microsoft Azure orOtera
- You build andoptimizedata pipelines (ETL/ELT) and AI/ML pipelineswith modern platformsto enable smarter decision-making
- You work with modern platforms such as Databricks to process and analyze large-scale insurance data
- You develop solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (e.g.Azure Data Factory, Azure ML, Synapse)
- You support all phases of the project lifecycle: requirements engineering, architecture design, development, testing, and deployment
- You contribute to the optimization of insurance processes such as claims handling, fraud detection, pricing, or risk assessment
- You conduct workshops with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- You support the integration of modern data and AI platforms into existing insurance system landscapes
- You work directly with clients and act as a technical advisorand bridge between business and technology
