## Your responsibilities: – Assist in the development and configuration of SAP IBP solutions to meet clientsâ business requirements. – Support the implementation of SAP IBP – Conduct data analysis and support data migration activities for IBP projects. – Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing for IBP implementations. – Prepare and delive user support and training for SAP IBP functionalities. – Prepare documentation, including training materials and user manuals, under guidance from senior consultants. – Stay updated on SAP IBP developments and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team. ## Your profile: – Bachelorâs or Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. – 0-2 years of professional experience in SAP IBP or supply chain management (internships or working student experience accepted). – Familiarity with SAP IBP modules, such as Demand Planning and S&OP, is a plus. – Basic understanding of SAP ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA) and their integration with IBP. – Proficiency in programming or scripting (e.g., SQL, ABAP, SAP Fiori, or JavaScript) is a plus. – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. – Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of SAP IBP and supply chain planning. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. – Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken. ## Why Syntax?
