About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Equity Research and Investment Analysts to support a project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and sector research . You’ll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research workflows and help improve how AI systems analyze financial markets and investment opportunities.
No prior AI experience is required — your equity research expertise is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate datasets representing real-world equity research analysis .
- Analyze earnings reports , estimate revisions, and peer benchmarking.
- Evaluate company models covering revenue, margins, cash flow, and valuation drivers .
- Produce concise research summaries and event-driven updates .
- Develop and articulate investment theses using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Identify key industry trends, sector metrics, and company catalysts .
- Provide feedback on research data quality and improve financial analysis content.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in equity research , including direct ownership of company models and written research.
- Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles .
- Strong financial modeling, earnings analysis, valuation, and peer benchmarking skills.
- Ability to connect business drivers, financial outcomes, and valuation .
- Deep expertise in at least one industry sector .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views .
Preferred Qualifications
- Background as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director .
- Experience independently maintaining comprehensive company models.
- Strong expertise in event-driven research and earnings analysis .
- Proven ability to provide specialist sector insights and high-quality investment research.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $175–$300/hour.
