syntwin is hiring a full-time AI Engineer to work hybrid from Munich. You will work directly with CTO Carl Assmann and Product Engineer Josua Sievers on AI counterparts that scale human communication.
You will own the quality and capability of syntwin's AI behavior across models, context, prompts, tools, memory, retrieval, realtime voice and video, and evaluations.
You should bring deep practical familiarity with LLM behavior and failure modes, strong software engineering fundamentals, experience shipping AI applications, an empirical approach, product taste, work authorization for Germany, and links to inspectable work. Business-level German and English are required.
Compensation is EUR 90,000–120,000 per year depending on seniority, plus a significant VSOP package. No CV or LeetCode preparation is required.
