SynTwin is hiring a full-time Product Engineer to work hybrid from Munich. You will work directly with CTO Carl Assmann and Product Engineer Josua Sievers on AI counterparts that scale human communication.
This is a product role expressed through software. You will own problems from unclear customer signal to shipped product detail; build across product UX, full-stack web, AI workflows, realtime conversation systems, internal tools, and customer-facing features; raise the bar for prototyping, review, shipping, and maintainability; and help define SynTwin's product and engineering culture.
You should bring strong TypeScript fundamentals, product taste and design intuition, comfort owning ambiguous work, work authorization for Germany, the ability to work hybrid from Munich, and links to work we can inspect. Business-level German and English are required. Convex, Effect, React, and TypeScript are our core technologies.
Compensation is EUR 90,000-120,000 per year depending on seniority, plus a significant VSOP package. No CV or LeetCode preparation is required.
