What do we expect from you?
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field.
- Experience in consulting or advisory roles related to data governance.
- Proven track record of successfully leading data governance projects.
- Working with data governance tools and technologies (e.g., Ab Initio, Collibra, Informatica, Alation).
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or similar qualifications.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing projects and hands-on implementation of Cloud/Data Engineering projects.
- Openness to occasional travel (up to 30%).
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and risks within projects and create new roles within existing projects.
