Agile Coach

Job Description:

We are looking for an Agile Coach with at least 5 years of experience to join our global systemic agility team and work with our various clients worldwide. In this role, you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself and make a meaningful impact by promoting agile practices within organizations.

Key Skills & Competencies Required

• Solid experience in agile team coaching
• Solid training experience in agile frameworks
• Experience and knowledge in one or more of the Agile scaling approaches ( , SaFe, LeSS, etc.)
• Experience in assessing agile team maturity levels and coaching them towards higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace
• Solid experience in agile tools (Jira, Miro, Trello, etc.)
• Experience in developing and coaching teams in continuous improvement
• Comfortable at communicating with stakeholders
• Ability to monitor and measure the success of agile transformations
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Being a team player willing to be part of agile transformation teams
• Supports organization or teams to adopt and improve agile methods and practices
• Define methodology and ways of working for complex Programs/Product areas or value streams
• Agile certifications are an asset

• Excellent communication skills and the initiative to promote ideas and guide teams towards process decisions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks while seeking out new opportunities to make a positive impact
• Skilled in facilitation and able to work both autonomously and as an integral part of a team
• Interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with a large variety of people
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, communication, and relationship building skills
• Ability to quickly build confidence and trust with senior managers and teams

What you need to know more:

• Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus.
• Ability to work in international teams
• No restrictions on international travel
• Hybrid office hours according to Germany offices
• Have a valid work permit in Germany
