As Service Owner – Deployment & OT Management Service , you will be responsible for a part of our IT/OT service portfolio and ensure that your service meets the expectations and requirements of customers and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full lifecycle of the Deployment & OT Management Service provided to our customers.
• Coordinating all activities required to deliver and improve the IT/OT service.
• Monitoring the performance of the digital service, analyzing weaknesses, and identifying optimization potential.
• Implementing improvement measures to increase the efficiency and quality of the service.
• Acting as a central interface between the technical team, the development department, and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Defining, maintaining, and prioritizing the service roadmap to align the service with business requirements and strategic goals.

Your qualifications include:

• A degree in (business) informatics, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in IT management, preferably in a service owner or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of IT service management in accordance with ITIL standards (certification is an advantage) and ideally experienced in working with ServiceNow.
• Extensive knowledge in the implementation of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, and experience in integrating ITSM systems into existing application and tooling environments.
• Experience with the provision and operation of complex network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, VPN, cloud networks, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Business fluent in German and English.
