International Project Manager (f/m/x) for Marketing Communications in Healthcare

Your responsibilities

• Taking the ownership of project management for EMEA wide marketing communication projects, product launches and awareness campaigns per responsible business line in alignment with strategic annual planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgeting
• Provide high-level advice on omnichannel communication for specific business lines and subject areas on the relevant marketing communication channels within the defined customer journey
• Drive the communication and stakeholder management by establishing and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including team members, senior management, and external vendors. Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns or feedback
• Monitor the project execution , ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget; identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project outcomes
• Support the local marketing communication specialists in our EMEA affiliates in the implementation and localization of marketing communication measures within the project scope
• Interface and communicate with internal and international cross-functional teams including product/scientific marketing experts as well as external suppliers/agencies

Your profile

• At least 2 years of experience in the field of brand marketing and or project management, preferably in the B2B/healthcare sector or with agency work experience
• Degree in marketing, communication or equivalent
• Agile project management allrounder for 360-degree marketing communication projects with proven track record
• Experience to work with MS Projects or comparable project management software
• Strong networker with distinct interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English and German, verbal and written
• Result-oriented approach, with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise multiple complex projects incl. budgets simultaneously
• Highly structured and efficient work style with attention to details and deadlines
