Your responsibilities
Responsible for development and documentation of NGS liquid biopsy RUO and IVD products (Kits) under ISO13485.
- Leading a team of dedicated and motivated individuals and develop them according to company goals.
- Being part of the higher management team.
- Management and improvement of development processes - according to applicable regulations.
- Close collaboration within the R&D group and other company functions like Production, QA/RA, and Project Management.
Your profile
- PhD in Molecular Biology or similar field with a focus on Next Generation Sequencing and Oncology.
- At least 5 years of industrial experience related to area of responsibility, including diagnostic assay development in a regulated environment.
- Expertise in ISO 13485 and FDA/CE-IVD(R) regulations.
- Proven experience in management and leadership positions.
- Ability to take part in strategic decision-making processes.
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
- German language knowledge, at least B-level.
