Head of IVD Assay Development (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for development and documentation of NGS liquid biopsy RUO and IVD products (Kits) under ISO13485
- Leading a team of dedicated and motivated individuals and develop them according to company goals
- Being part of the higher management team
- Management and improvement of development processes – according to applicable regulations
- Close collaboration within the R&D group and other company functions like Production, QA/RA, and Project Management
Your profile
- PhD in Molecular Biology or similar field with a focus on Next Generation Sequencing and Oncology
- At least 5 years of industrial experience related to area of responsibility, including diagnostic assay development in a regulated environment.
- Expertise in ISO 13485 and FDA/CE-IVD(R) regulations
- Proven experience in management and leadership positions
- Ability to take part in strategic decision-making processes
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- German language knowledge, at least B-level
