Your responsibilities
- Leadership of the infrastructure team including the professional development of the team members
- Design and implementation of a harmonized, stable, and secure IT Infrastructure (Data Centre, Server Management, Network, Storage systems, Cloud services, Monitoring and Automation)
- Develop and implement a strategy for future Cloud-Utilization for the whole region
- Define a roadmap for building and operating cloud-based systems (e.g. AWS, Azure…)
- Plan and manage projects aimed at harmonizing regional setups, ensuring stakeholder management and timely delivery
- Oversee the design and implementation of reliable and efficient operation and maintenance of our IT systems on prem and cloud based
- Ensure user support in line with our internal targets and to maintain user-satisfaction
- Contribute to the building up an EMEA IT organization
- Good alignment with IT and the EMEA region
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in stabilizing and harmonizing IT infrastructure across diverse setups
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid cloud environments
- Experiences in most of the mentioned areas, Microsoft Azure, IT Networks, Identity and Access Management, Operations of Windows Servers or License and Asset Management
- ITIL or other IT Service Management framework knowledge
- Good listening as well as fluent written and verbal English communication skills
