Our well established Finance client is looking for a Senior Operational Risk Specialist to join their Geneva based team in a permanent role.Your Role:As Operational Risk Manager, you are an experienced individual seeking to contribute to the Bank’s operational risk framework in alignment with FINMA and provide support to the consolidated supervision duty of the Group.Your ResponsibilitiesMaintain the operational risk framework, including the following:Review and challenge the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)Collaborate with stakeholders across the three lines of defensePerform test of controlsContribute to relevant risk reviewsYour ProfileUniversity degree in Finance or Economics5 years of practical experience in the field of Audit or Operational RiskExperience with implementation of regulatory framework and operational risksAbility to weight problems and set priorities, excellent organizational skillsExcellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantageAbility to work with various stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsCapacity to work independentlyFluency in English, very good command of French, fluency in German is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
