We are looking for an AI Engineer interested in software quality assurance.

What you will do
You will work with our AI Innovation team to develop methods, tools, and framework to automate test authoring using AI. Your tasks will include utilizing prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows to improve generated tests for a wide range of clients and projects. They will also develop supporting tools and infrastructure to run test generation (with AI) as a service (TaaS). You will work in part in-house and part directly with clients as a consultant.
This position offers a unique opportunity to innovate at the intersection of AI and quality assurance while working on exciting projects with leading-edge technologies. This position requires occasional travel depending on project and business demands.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science (or other relevant field)
- Proven experience with development in Python
- Experience with automated testing (unit testing, integration testing, system testing, etc.)
- Experience with developing LLM agents for code (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)
- Experience with prompt engineering
- Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
Bonus
- Experience with OpenAI/Anthropic
- Experience with Azure ML and other Azure Cloud services
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with web development
Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
