- Lead and manage an intercultural team of Area Managers and Internal Sales employees, both professionally and disciplinarily.
- Strategically develop and expand the Export business, both within the company and globally.
- Use your international experience to manage existing markets and further develop business throughout the EMEA region.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to support the development of new sales strategies.
- Contribute your expertise and know-how in the field of export management.
Your profile:
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, combined with international professional experience.
- Fluent English skills; additional foreign language skills would be an advantage.
- Initial leadership experience.
- Technical knowledge, ideally within the ventilation industry.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
