This role is pivotal in ensuring IFRS-compliant accounting, preparing consolidated financial statements, and serving as an internal consultant for IFRS-related matters, including M&A, equity transactions, and leasing. Your Responsibilities
- Ensure IFRS-compliant accounting across the organization
- Prepare consolidated financial statements
- Act as an internal consultant for IFRS-related topics, including M&A, equity transactions, and leasing
- Develop and implement in-house IFRS accounting guidelines
- Conduct quality checks for financial reporting packages
- Design and implement an internal control system for financial reporting
- Deliver IFRS training sessions across the organization
Desired Qualifications
- University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge and experience with IFRS regulations and standards
- Proven experience in a group accounting department or auditing firm
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
