We are recruiting on behalf of an international organisation based in Vienna for an experienced Treasury Manager to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional looking to take ownership of cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and treasury operations within a dynamic and growing business environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring effective treasury management across the organisation. Experience working with NetSuite and Tagetik is highly desirable. This position requires fluency in both English and German and offers a competitive salary package between €70,000 and €90,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning and liquidity management
Monitor and forecast cash flow requirements across the business
Maintain and develop relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
Oversee payment processes and treasury controls
Manage foreign exchange exposure and related treasury risks
Prepare treasury reports and analysis for senior management
Support financing activities and banking negotiations where required
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate treasury reporting
Contribute to process improvements and treasury system optimisation, including NetSuite and Tagetik
Qualifications
Previous experience in a Treasury Manager, Treasury Analyst, or similar treasury-focused role
Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations
Experience working with ERP and financial systems, ideally NetSuite and/or Tagetik
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional treasury or finance qualifications would be advantageous
