Senior Product Manager (m/w/d) Artificial Intelligence

Your task

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a robust technical background to join T-Systems‘ AI Foundation Services team. In this role, you will lead the development of secure and compliant AI solutions, focusing on foundational services such as large language models (LLMs) , retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , and custom AI solutions tailored for industries like healthcare , public sector , and automotive . You’ll play a key role in shaping T-Systems‘ AI products to meet the security and regulatory requirements of European enterprises, with an emphasis on practical, scalable solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead go-to-market strategies : Position the product for growth and ensure successful market adoption.

• Drive the roadmap for AI Foundation Services, delivering LLM-powered solutions like AI and voice assistants that bring tangible business value.

• Build scalable AI services : Create seamless, customer-enhancing AI solutions that streamline deployment and improve user experience.

• Integrate diverse AI models : Deliver productivity and personalization to industries such as healthcare and automotive.

• Champion AI assistants and agents : Drive innovation and operational efficiency across enterprise clients.

Your Profile

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record in developing enterprise AI products.
• Strong communication skills , able to make complex technical topics understandable for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experienced in leading AI initiatives across various teams, effectively aligning both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data sovereignty, GDPR compliance , and the specific requirements for deploying AI within the EU.

Nice-to-Have:

• Technical background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in regulated industries , such as healthcare, public sector, or automotive.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG systems , and enterprise-grade AI deployment.
