The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a data centre project based in Frankfurt, Germany, overseeing the successful delivery of a 200 kW data centre facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, hands-on leader with a proven background in data centre or mission-critical infrastructure projects, capable of managing project teams, coordinating key stakeholders and driving delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project teams, contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Oversee project delivery against programme, budget, quality and safety requirements.
- Coordinate technical, engineering and construction activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant technical standards and project specifications.
- Lead project meetings, reporting and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager within data centres or mission-critical environments.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience overseeing complex engineering, construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of project delivery, commercial management and risk mitigation.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project performance.
- Available to start at short notice, ideally ASAP.
Package
The role is available on either a contract or permanent basis, depending on the candidate and their preference. Rates or salary are negotiable based on experience and suitability.
