Corporate International Learning Intern (M/F)
Job Responsibilities
The Corporate Learning Intern role will enable TAG Heuer’s Learning & Development innovative tools and initiatives to scale and support the deployment of our HR Strategic Roadmap.
Your responsibilities:
- Digital Learning:
- You will support the full implementation of the new e-learning platform, by:
- Managing the Maison’ and Group’ training catalogue
- Monitoring the related KPIs
- You will be in charge to scale the learners engagement with our external content provider and monitor its KPIs
- You will co-lead the global animation plan around our digital learning platforms
- You will support the organization of the different international sessions
- You will co-host the onboarding sessions (hospitality management), serving as a true ambassador of the Brand.
- You will support the roll-out of various learning initiatives
- You will elaborate a global communication strategy to make all the Learning & Development initiatives visible both internally and externally.
Profile
Your profile: You have a bachelor’s degree or higher and you are doing this internship as part of your studies and therefore can provide an internship agreement. You have a passion for brand storytelling and creativity in the creation of new content. Your precision, rigor and attention to detail are proven. Digital tools hold no secrets for you and you are at ease with multimedia assets. You are able to work autonomously, flexibly and enjoy change and teamwork. You are fluent in English. You have a Swiss or UE citizenship, or a work permit valid until the end of the internship period.
