Engagement Manager (m / f / d) DACH

Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact.

Help clients and partners to implement services and plan projects effectively.

Support the adoption of our governance methodology / guidelines from the services delivered, by the customer and / or partner.

Anticipation and identification of functional / technical risks and top issues.

Drive prevention of risks and resolution of issues and top issues according to engagement deliverables.

Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met.

Address customer issues with speed and efficiency.

Periodically prepare reports on project performance.

Job Requirements

Master-degree or equivalent preferably in business / economics / computer science / mathematics / physics.

8+ years of business management or consulting experience in a reputed company as well as proven experience as an Engagement Manager (m / f / d).

Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills.

Have a strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy and professionalism.

Ability to think outside-the-box, be proactive and foster innovation.

Knowledge of a CPM platform, ideally Tagetik, is a plus.

Fluent in German and English.
