- Support the development and documentation of Guest Experience standards and service guidelines
- Assist in analyzing and improving service processes across the guest journey
- Support the evaluation and coordination of guest-facing products, services and suppliers
- Conduct market and supplier research for operational and guest-related products
- Assist with strategic procurement projects related to guest amenities and operational services
- Prepare presentations, reports and data analyses for internal stakeholders
- Support cross-departmental initiatives aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency
- Help monitor the implementation of brand and service standards
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in hospitality operations and guest experience management
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Confident in using MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Very good English and German skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
