We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven (Junior) Marketplace Manager to join our growing team at Kaiser + Kraft . This role involves managing and optimizing our presence across third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), identifying opportunities for international expansion, and driving performance improvements. Responsibilities include overseeing marketplace budgets, optimizing product listings, and analyzing marketing campaigns to increase revenue and profitability. Ideal candidates will have e-commerce experience, creative problem-solving skills, and a desire to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management: Identify and implement third-party (3P) marketplaces for various product ranges, including expanding our footprint and international presence.
- Budget & KPIs: Manage marketplace budgets, analyze, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth.
- Key Account Management: Manage key accounts from marketplaces, building strong partnerships to ensure success.
- Content Optimization: Implement and optimize marketplace content such as A+ Content, Brand Store creations, and keyword strategies to enhance visibility.
- Market Analysis: Analyze gaps, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to expand the product portfolio.
- Campaign Management: Create and optimize marketing campaigns on third-party marketplaces, continuously improving performance.
- Multi-Channel Marketing: Focus on marketplace marketing performance across sponsored ads, programmatic advertising, and display campaigns.
- Performance & Branding: Oversee and optimize branding and performance budgets to maximize ROI.
Task Description
- Performance Improvement: Grow the customer base, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
- Product Listings: Create, optimize, and improve listings for engagement and performance.
- New Marketplace Contracts: Establish contracts to expand sales channels and visibility.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously refine campaign structures and budgets for maximum impact.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues like blocked accounts or inactive listings, ensuring marketplace health.
- Process Improvement: Streamline internal processes, especially manual ones.
Professional Requirements
- Experience with third-party marketplaces, especially Amazon.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
- Ability to identify new opportunities and expand sales channels.
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Self-management skills to work independently.
- Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and analysis.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
