Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role will be key in driving the development and optimization of our eCommerce platform, focusing on the migration of companies and the successful implementation of product features that align with our business goals.

As the Product Owner , you will be responsible for the creation of a product roadmap, identifying and prioritizing features, gathering stakeholder demands, and ensuring successful execution of product strategies. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with engineering teams and other departments to create impactful features that enhance the customer journey and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Roadmap Creation: Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on the vision for the platform and the migrated companies.
2. Feature Prioritization: Identify and prioritize product features, focusing on migration projects, while balancing priorities, timing, capacity, and budget constraints.
3. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface for stakeholders, managing demands and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Customer Feedback Integration: Convert customer feedback into actionable insights and new product features to improve user experience.
5. Go-to-Market Strategy: Conceptualize and implement go-to-market strategies for new and enhanced features, overseeing their phased roll-out.
6. Product Launch Execution: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring the product vision from concept to launch.
7. Performance Monitoring: Track the success of implemented features using KPIs and ROI metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
8. eCommerce Optimization: Responsible for the strategic development and optimization of the web store to drive business growth.
9. Documentation and Coordination: Create and maintain clear product documentation and ensure effective collaboration with relevant teams.
10. Market & User Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, user needs, and customer journey data to inform product decisions and adjustments.

Professional Requirements

1. Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience as a product owner in an eCommerce environment, with experience in agile product development methodologies, preferably in scaled agile frameworks.
2. Tools & Methodologies: Proficient with agile product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
3. Organizational Skills: Highly structured and organized with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
4. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze data, make decisions based on insights, and drive improvements.
5. Language Skills: Business fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
