The Sales Academy is a small team. We are responsible for Learning & Development Sales.
With our training, we make the sales world better and support the customer experience. Sales Academy will develop, increase, and strengthen the necessary competencies, will share know-how nuggets so that the employees can use them in every possible context, and we will motivate salespeople to learn, be curious, and be inspired.

Tasks:

Creating and building learning journeys in our e-learning tool X-Cell

Bringing own ideas for better learning experiences

Working with ChatGPT, AI-based learning, and other innovative tools

Conducting market research for different practical L&D tools
You will learn:

How to create effective learning journeys in X-Cell

Insights into didactics, sales processes, and learning & development strategies

Hands-on experience with AI-driven learning methods and digital tools

Researching and implementing modern L&D solutions
Your Profile:

Motivation to make a difference and work independently based on key ideas

Enthusiasm for Learning & Development

Experience with technical tools (e.g., cutting recordings, adding subtitles, translations) is a plus, but not required

A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new skills independently
