Overview
In this role you act as the financial counterpart to the commercial organization, delivering clear insights on topline performance across regions and aligning them with budget, forecast, and prior-year figures. You will build standardized, increasingly automated reporting to improve data quality and governance around key KPIs like Order Intake and Orders in Hand. You’ll collaborate with Sales, regional finance partners, and data owners to translate analytics into actionable management guidance and drive data-driven decisions.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide transparency on sales performance and key commercial drivers across channels and customer segments
- Translate sales developments into management insights for weekly steering meetings
- Analyze drivers of Order Intake, Sales, and regional performance; create Topline Simulations
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting for Senior Management and Regional Directors
- Own reporting governance and standardization; improve reporting quality, transparency, and usability
- Coordinate Receivables / DSO cash topics; act as project controller for Sales initiatives
- Link to data for KPIs and reports; address data issues with regional teams
- Understand regional developments and support regional finance teams with aligned tasks
Zentrale Anforderungen
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Business Partnering with exposure to sales/commercial topics
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Good understanding of commercial drivers and P&L mechanics
- Proven experience in reporting and building automated reporting solutions
- High affinity for data; proficient with BI tools (Power BI preferred); advanced Excel; ERP data impact awareness
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to partner with Sales and senior management
- Structured, proactive work style focusing on quality, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Open and flexible mindset with strong team collaboration
- Fluency in English; German a plus
