In this role you lead the Web Commerce function, aligning onsite teams with business goals to drive growth and a high-quality customer journey. You shape landing and content pages, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize SEO, merchandising, and data-driven performance. You will mentor the team, ensure governance and policy compliance, and report on impact to senior stakeholders. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Oversee onsite teams to ensure alignment with goals and quality standards
- Lead development of landing and content pages with consistent execution
- Drive onsite strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Act as liaison to promote collaboration and best practices
- Monitor performance and optimise the customer journey
- Improve search and merchandising to boost engagement and conversion
- Support team growth through training and coaching
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines
- Analyse data and deliver regular performance reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive webshop growth
- Achieve KPIs and support digital marketing initiatives
- Increase organic traffic with aligned SEO and content strategies
- Contribute to platform excellence and improve conversion, CSAT and eNPS
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, project, or program management
- Strong experience delivering ERP implementations (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Proven experience delivering or managing CRM platforms
- Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience working within an IT PMO or enterprise governance environment
