In this role you drive the ERP feature roadmap to enable seamless offer-to-order processes within a growing B2B omnichannel context. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, lead agile sprints, and continuously evolve ERP capabilities to support digital integration and automation. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define vision and roadmap for ERP features
- Prioritize, develop, and deliver ERP features in close alignment with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
- Lead sprint planning, iteration execution, and KPI tracking
- Create and enhance ERP features, especially in the offer-to-order lifecycle
- Analyze success metrics and iteratively evolve the feature set
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Experience as a Product Owner or Engineer with ERP systems, ideally Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O
- Deep understanding of e-commerce workflows, especially within retail
- Proficiency with databases, networking, DevOps, and cloud environments
- Agile mindset with DevOps integration and stakeholder collaboration
- Analytical thinker with strong communication and ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Bonus: Certifications in Azure/AWS, TOGAF, SAF
